NAI Avant procures lease for popular Columbia restaurant

COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant broker Laura Kovacich recently represented the tenant, Kiki’s Chicken and Waffles, in leasing ±6,902 square feet of space in Dentsville. Kiki’s is a locally owned and operated restaurant, started in the Midlands, visited by Vice President of the United States Joe Biden and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The property, 7001 Parklane Road, is centrally located off Two Notch Road, in between Columbia Place Mall and Fashion Place Shopping Center. The landlord is Sticky Parklane, LLC. This is Kovacich’s second time representing Kiki’s. She leased them their first restaurant located in Northeast Columbia.
