COLUMBIA, SC – Paul Hartley, SIOR, Senior Office Broker with NAI Avant, LLC, recently represented Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc., a civil and environmental engineering firm with offices in Columbia, Bluffton, Charlotte and Greenville, in the expansion and long term lease extension of its current corporate headquarters located at 1201 Main Street in Columbia, SC. The 5,148 square foot expansion increases the firm’s corporate footprint to almost an entire floor in Capitol Center Tower, making them one of the top ten largest tenants in the 25 story building. According to Hartley, “Alliance’s growth has been phenomenal over the last ten years and there is no reason to believe that the firm will be slowing its growth anytime soon.”
