NAI Avant senior brokers Paul Hartley, SIOR, and Roger Winn, as well as NAI Avant broker Paul Paschal, recently represented the tenant in a lease renewal at Synergy Business Park.
Located at 100 Executive Center Drive, Rogers Townsend & Thomas, PC will continue to occupy ±10,998 square feet of office space. With four offices throughout the Carolina’s, this location has served as the firm’s headquarters for many years. The law firm recently made the decision to relocate their corporate and litigation headquarters to one of downtown Columbia’s premiere Class A properties, the 1221 Main tower. Despite the decision to move headquarters, they will continue their default and title services operations at Synergy Business Park and maintain a sizeable presence in the St. Andrews area. The law firm, established in 1984, serves regional, national and international clients providing counsel to the banking, default services, insurance, real estate, construction, corporate and title services sectors.
