NAI Avant sells the multi-family phase of North Creek Village within Nexton

NAI Avant announced that senior brokers Dexter Rumsey and Thomas Boulware, CCIM sold the ±17.43-acre multi-family tract of land for the planned North Creek Village community, within Nexton, on behalf of owner, MWV-Parks of Berkeley, LLC (dba WestRock). The tract was purchased by Image Network/Applegate & Company for $2.5 million.
North Creek Village, a planned mixed-used community, will comprise single-family and multi-family homes, as well as a number of retail operations. Situated directly across from Cane Bay, South Carolina’s number one selling residential neighborhood, North Creek Village is part of the super-size development, Nexton. Upon completion, North Creek Village will connect to the Nexton Parkway, which will connect the community directly to I-26. The parkway is currently underway, and is slated to be open at the end of 2017.
In addition to the sale of the multi-family tract, NAI Avant has been hired to market the three commercial tracts of the development, which are all currently under contract.
