NAI Avant welcomes TCube Solutions, Inc. to First Base Building

NAI Avant announced the newest tenant at Columbia’s newest and most desirable Class A office building. TCube Solutions, Inc. will occupy ±24,225 square feet of space in the First Base Building. Located at 2142 Boyce Street, the First Base Building is part of the 181-acre, 20-year BullStreet mixed-use development project.
Founded in 2007, TCube Solutions has become a trusted software services provider for clients worldwide. TCube Solutions provides efficient and cost effective systems implementation, configuration, maintenance and integration services.
The First Base Building was constructed simultaneously with the new, world-class Spirit Communications Park. The park, which is open year round, is the new city-owned multi-use entertainment venue of the Columbia Fireflies, a Single-A NY Mets affiliate. The ballpark was recently named “Ballpark of the Year” in 2016 by Ballpark Digest.
The First Base Building features floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking the ballpark, with a rooftop event venue. In addition, a fiber optics network allows businesses to have affordable access to gigabit internet speeds, 100 times faster than traditional broadband and internet.
