NAI Charleston assists Fresenius in expansion to Ladson, South Carolina

NAI Charleston announced Broker/Industrial Specialist Shep Benjamin brokered a ±7,500-square-foot lease of Class A warehouse-flex space at 8351 Palmetto Commerce Parkway in Ladson, SC. NAI Charleston represented the tenant, Fresenius USA Manufacturing, Inc. (Fresenius), in the transaction, while Alan Bolduc, CCIM, SIOR and Courtney Marous of Avison Young represented the landlord.
Headquartered in Germany, Fresenius specializes in the production of medical supplies for private clinics. The company operates more than 40 production sites worldwide. The new facility in the Atlas Commerce Center is its sole cross-dock distribution center in the Lowcountry, servicing clinics throughout the greater Charleston area.
