NAI Charleston announced that Broker-in-Charge/Partner Thomas Boulware, CCIM has completed the leasing of Building 2 at 1715 Hollydale Court. Boulware represented the landlord in the lease transactions.

1715 Hollydale Court is a two-building office/flex park off Maybank Highway on Johns Island. The newly constructed building is an expansion that broke ground in 2017, reaching completion and full occupancy mid-February 2018. The new tenants include Tidal Strength & Cycle, Oasis Salon and Sweetwater Properties.
