NAI Charleston builds multi-family and investment sales division with the addition of Andrew Batkins

NAI Charleston welcomed Andrew Batkins to the brokerage team as an Associate. In this role, Batkins will focus on multi-family and investment sales.

“I was working with the NAI Charleston brokers on a handful of projects, when I decided the next best step would be to join them in house,” said Batkins. “I am excited to further my career at this growing firm, and look forward to what the industry has in store.”

Batkins earned his South Carolina Real Estate License in 2016 and has been practicing commercial real estate since. Prior to his career at NAI Charleston, Batkins worked for Avison Young in Charleston, specializing in acquisitions and dispositions. His portfolio includes the $16.385 million investment sale of The Gates at Summerville, a multi-family property in Summerville, South Carolina.
