NAI Charleston announced that Broker-in-Charge/Partner Thomas Boulware, CCIM recently facilitated the investment sale of the Dollar General at 6143 Savannah Highway in Ravenel, SC. Palmetto Plaza of Moncks Corner, LLC purchased the property from 211, LLC for $885,000. Boulware represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller was represented by Benjamin Cooke of Oswald Cooke and Associates.
