Sales:

• Bill Lamar, John Gregory, PE, CCIM, and Tristan Lee sold ±9,155 SF at 14 Monckton Blvd. in Columbia, SC for $1,095,500.
• John Gregory, PE, CCIM, Bill Lamar, and Tristan Lee represented the buyer in purchasing ±6 acres at 605 Blythewood Road in Blythewood, SC for $600,000.
• John Gregory, PE, CCIM, Bill Lamar, and Tristan Lee sold ±3,900 SF of office space at 851 Riverview Road in Rock Hill, SC for $550,000.
• Bill Lamar, John Gregory, PE, CCIM, and Tristan Lee sold a ±0.76 industrial property at 1831 Superior St. in Columbia, SC for $540,000.
• Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken, and Nelson Weston sold ±10.18 acres at Shop Road Extension in Columbia, SC. The land sold for $445,000.
• John Gregory, PE, CCIM, Bill Lamar, Tristan Lee, and Jack Springs sold two office condos equaling ±3,493 SF. They are located at 914 Richland St. – Building C in Columbia, SC for $420,000.
• Jeff Hein, SIOR, Will DuPree, and Hope Andrews sold 1947 and 1949 McCray’s Mill Road in Sumter, SC. The two properties total ±0.56 acres and sold for $241,500.
• Nelson Weston, Tombo Milliken, and Thomas Milliken sold ±1.86 acres at 7914 Farrow Road in Columbia, SC for $140,000.

• Bobby Balboni, CCIM and Patrick Palmer, CCIM leased ±1,050 SF of retail space at Augusta Square in Augusta, GA.
• Jeff Hein, SIOR, Will DuPree, and Hope Andrews leased ±449 SF of office space at 3710 Landmark Drive in Columbia, SC.
