Sales:
– Ben Kelly, CCIM, and Patrick Chambers sold multiple properties in the new Platt Springs Crossing development in Red Bank, S.C. The Chipotle, located at 5456 Platt Springs Road, sold for $2,380,000. The Whataburger, located at 5440 Platt Springs Road, sold for $1,790,000.
– Jeff Hein, SIOR, Will DuPree, and Hope Andrews sold 5220 Crowders Cove Lane in Clover, S.C. for $1,900,000.
– Jack Springs, Ben Kelly, CCIM, and Patrick Chambers sold 607 Columbia Ave. in Lexington. The property is the future home of Palmetto Cards and sold for $1,830,000.
– Ben Kelly, CCIM, and Patrick Chambers sold 1814 Dutch Fork Road in Irmo. The property was sold for $1,650,000.
– Dallas Wright represented the buyer in purchasing 611 E Gilbreath St. in Graham, N.C. The property sold for $1,550,000.
