NAI Columbia announces November transactions

NAI Columbia announce the following recently completed transactions for November 2025.

Sales:

• Ben Kelly, CCIM, Patrick Chambers, and Jack Springs represented the seller in the recent disposition of 14.66 acres in North Myrtle Beach’s Champions Crossing retail development. Located at the intersection of Champions Boulevard and Robert Edge Parkway, the Horry County outparcel land sold for $4.89 million.
• Ben Kelly, CCIM, and Patrick Chambers represented the seller in the recent disposition of 1.93 acres at 1270 Knox Abbott Drive in Cayce. The former Red Lobster restaurant will be converted to medical offices and was purchased for $1.975 million.
• Tombo Milliken, Tom Milliken, and Nelson Weston represented the seller in the recent 29.04-acre land sale on Dove Ridge Road in Northeast Columbia. The undeveloped portion of Fishers’ Wood neighborhood was sold to Pulte Homes for $800,000.
• John Gregory, PE, SIOR, CCIM, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee represented the buyer in purchasing 38.26 acres of land along Bluff Road and Beckham Swamp Road. The property sold for $760,000
• Tombo Milliken, Tom Milliken, and Nelson Weston sold four parcels of land on Jim Koon Road, totaling ±74 acres to Landtech Holdings for $1.565 million to build a single-family, residential development.

Leases:

• Bobby Balboni, CCIM, Patrick Palmer, CCIM, and Sam Edens represented the owner in leasing 1,764 square feet of retail space in Tillman’s Plaza located just off Two Notch Road in Northeast Columbia.
• Patrick Chambers and Ben Kelly, CCIM, represented the owner in a recent 63,300-square-feet lease in Victory Village shopping center, located at 2568 Augusta Hwy in Western Lexington County.
• John Gregory, PE, SIOR, CCIM, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee leased 2,770 square feet of flex space on behalf of the landlord and owner of 1053 Sunset Blvd. in Lexington County.
• Jeff Hein, SIOR, and Will DuPree represented the landlord in leasing suite 300 of the Landmark IV building in Forest Acres. The tenant is set to occupy 9,094 square feet in the premier office building.
• Patrick Chambers and Ben Kelly, CCIM, represented Local Boy Outfitters in the 56,160-square-foot lease in 803 Industrial Park’s Gateway 1 building.
