NAI Columbia Director of Retail Services Patrick Palmer, CCIM represented the landlord in the lease transaction of the former Applebee’s Restaurant at 245 Oneil Court in Columbia, SC.
The new tenant, Crafty Crab Seafood, is opening its first Midlands location. They currently have 5 operating restaurants throughout Florida and offer a wide variety of classic seafood dishes in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
