NAI Columbia announced the sale of the former South Conn Technologies building, consisting of ±16,700 square feet located at 2023 Platt Springs Road in West Columbia, SC. Senior brokers Patrick Chambers and Ben Kelly, CCIM represented the seller in the transaction. The property sold for $970,000.
