NAI Columbia announced the sale of ±62.95 acres of land located on Jessamine Road in West Columbia, SC. Senior brokers Patrick Chambers and Ben Kelly, CCIM represented the seller in the transaction. The property sold for $1,340,400 to Mungo Homes.
