Nai Columbia facilitates expansion for Hoffman Columbia with acquisition of West Columbia flex facility

NAI Columbia announced that John Gregory, PE, SIOR, CCIM, Bill Lamar, and Tristan Lee successfully represented Hoffman Columbia, LLC in the acquisition of a ±53,500 SF flex building located at 1 Southern Court in West Columbia, South Carolina. The transaction, which closed on December 12, 2025, involved the purchase of the property from DHC ZB Properties, LLC.
The facility is situated on ±5.04 acres in Lexington County, within the City of West Columbia. Positioned just off Sunset Boulevard, the property offers strategic access to the heavily trafficked corridor between Interstates 20 and 26.
