NAI Columbia procures ±2,800 sf West Columbia office sale

NAI Columbia announced XForcePC has recently purchased a ±2,800 square foot office building located at 1063 Center Street in West Columbia. Broker John Gregory, PE represented the seller, GSM Properties, in the transaction. The building was purchased for $199,500.
