NAI Columbia secures new tenant for Shop Grove Industrial Park
December 9, 2024NAI Columbia represented the landlord/owner in leasing 56,000 square feet at Shop Grove Industrial Park to Mygrant Glass. The family-owned auto glass wholesaler is renowned for its extensive inventory and superior service.
The deal was brokered by NAI Columbia’s John Gregory, PE, CCIM, Bill Lamar, and Grice Hunt, SIOR, with Cushman & Wakefield facilitating the tenant’s placement in the park. This collaboration further strengthens the park’s reputation as a premier industrial hub in Columbia, SC.
