NAI Earle Furman’s Kay Hill Honored by Real Estate Forum Magazine as 2015 Woman of Influence

GREENVILLE, SC – Kay Hill of NAI Earle Furman was honored by Real Estate Forum Magazineas a 2015 Woman of Influence in the southeast, which is awarded to standout female professionals who demonstrate success in the commercial real estate industry and stand out among their peers.
In its May 2015 issue, Real Estate Forum Magazine recognized a select few outstanding women who have made a name for themselves in the southeast market. Of the honorees chosen from the southeast market, Hill was the only one from South Carolina.
As a top producer at NAI Earle Furman, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in South Carolina, Kay Hill is the only female among the firm’s 44 brokers and in 2014, she became the firm’s first ever female partner. Hill co-chairs a three-person team in the Multifamily division, which is one of the fastest growing divisions within the firm. In 2013 and 2014 they completed over $75 million in transactions.

Hill sets her goals high and has an unwavering focus on growing her career, but she does so with other women in mind. As a current Shareholder at NAIEF, I hope to promote this type of diversity and lead by example showing how women can add value to the commercial space by working hard and becoming experts in their field, even if they are still outnumbered by their male counterparts.”
