GREENVILLE, SC – February 7, 2011 – Jimmy Wright and David Feild, CCIM of NAI Earle Furman, LLC recently represented HTI Properties, LLC in their acquisition of 105 N. Spring Street. The property is a 30,000 SF multi-tenant office building in the Greenville CBD. HTI Technologies will be renovating the space and occupying half the building as their new corporate headquarters. David Feild and Tyson Smoak will be leasing the remaining available suites. NAI Earle Furman has also been named property manager for the building.
