This past Tuesday, October 24th, the South Carolina chapter of The CCIM Institute inducted two members from NAI Earle Furman’s Greenville office. Rob Schmidt, Director and Shareholder with the Furman Capital Advisors division along with James Malm, Associate with our Development and Corporate Services division were pinned during a ceremony in Seattle, WA. The CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation has been the gold standard for commercial real estate professionals for over 50 years and provides education, technology, and networking opportunities for commercial real estate professionals.
