Shareholder W. Scott Jones, SIOR; Senior Associate John Stathakis, CCIM; and Associate Chrestman Rainey of NAI Earle Furman’s Greenville office represented the landlord in securing a long-term lease of ±16,467 SF of office space in the Bonaventure Office Park to GENTA Legacy Care Center, LLC located at 124 Verdae Boulevard, Greenville, SC 29607.
