NAI Earle Furman announced the promotion of Nick Smith as Director of Property Management – Greenville.

Nick has over 14 years with NAI Earle Furman as a Senior Property Manager mostly focusing on industrial and retail centers within the Carolinas.  His tenure and experience bring a wealth of value to the team which will serve him well in his new role.  As Director of Property Management of NAI Earle Furman’s Greenville office, Nick will oversee a team of property managers and assist in the operations of the division while continuing to manage an existing portfolio.
