GREENVILLE, SC – Tony Bonitati, Kay Hill, Bern DuPree and Jon Good of NAI Earle Furman represented Brand Properties, LLC in the acquisition of approximately 13 acres of land located along Market Point Drive in Greenville, SC. The Seller was Point Development, LLC.

Brand Properties, LLC is based out of Atlanta and specializes in developing institutional grade commercial and multifamily real estate assets.  Among their noteworthy projects, Brand broke ground last April on the multifamily community The Village at Coolray Field in Gwinnett County, which will overlook the new Braves Stadium.

Their plans for the Greenville site include a Class A multifamily development featuring high end finishes and amenities. This will be Brand’s first multifamily development in the Upstate.
