NAI Earle Furman represents landlord in leased space to Gibbs International

NAI Earle Furman, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm in the Carolinas, recently leased ±18,500 SF of office space to Spartanburg-based Gibbs International, Inc for the purpose of relocating their international headquarters. Gibbs International will relocate from 9855 Warren H. Abernathy Hwy in Spartanburg to occupy the 5 th floor of the office building located at 201 W St. John Street in downtown Spartanburg, SC effective January 2024. The transaction was facilitated by Senior Associates Brian Hammond and Richard Heatly of NAI Earle Furman’s Spartanburg office.
