NAI Earle Furman welcomes two new hires

NAI Earle Furman, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm in the Carolinas, recently welcomed two new staff members to its Greenville, SC office.

Olivia Tumblin: Staff Accountant

Olivia Tumblin plays an integral role in supporting the firm’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple processes. She is responsible for preparing brokerage invoices, processing commission payments for a team of nearly 90 brokers, and managing earnest money deposits. Olivia also develops and maintains revenue-tracking spreadsheets, assists with annual 1099 reporting, and coordinates business license renewals.

Her professional experience began in 2023 as a summer accounting intern with NHE, Inc., where she later advanced into a remote part-time accounting specialist role while completing her senior year. Following her graduation in May 2024, Olivia accepted a position as an in-house accountant with Wolff Industries, Inc., gaining valuable industry experience before stepping into her current role.

Olivia earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Risk Assurance from Winthrop University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Breanna Willimon: PM Accountant

Breanna Willimon is an Accountant in the Property Management Department, where she brings a strong background in accounting and tax to her new role. Prior to joining NAI Earle Furman, Breanna worked at Elliott Davis,where she gained invaluable experience in the Tax Department, working with a diverse range of clients and providing insight into tax strategies and financial planning.

Breanna earned her Bachelor of Accounting from Converse University, where she developed a solid foundation in accounting principles and financial analysis. With her attention to detail and analytical mindset, Breanna is committed to supporting the Property Management Department’s financial operations and contributing to the company’s continued success.
