CHARLESTON, SC — NAI Global and NAI Charleston announced the formation of NAI Charleston, a new franchise within the NAI Global network. The NAI Global network comprises more than 400 offices and 7,000 market professionals in North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific.

After operating for seven years as the Charleston office of NAI Avant, new partners Thomas Boulware, Dexter Rumsey, David Ingle and David Grubbs purchased the independent NAI Charleston franchise with the goal of restructuring the office and rebranding its commercial offerings for the region’s burgeoning real estate market.
According to NAI Charleston’s broker-in-charge, Thomas Boulware, “This new business venture reflects our dedication to evolve with the rapidly expanding Charleston market. We envision NAI Charleston as a collaborative launch pad for the new generation of commercial real estate opportunities that are quickly taking shape in this region.
