National Finance Company to Open Greer Location

GREER, SC – May 2, 2012 – Mark Griffin of Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc. recently represented the Lessor, The Corners at Pine LLC in the lease of an end cap unit located in the Corners at Pine retail center in Greer.
Republic Finance is a national consumer finance company with branch offices located throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama. Republic chose this Greer location because of its easy access to major highways and proximity between the Greenville and Spartanburg markets. Republic plans to have the Greer location fully operational by June 1.
The Corners at Pine retail center is located at 210 W Wade Hampton Boulevard in Greenville County.
