Nationally recognized transportation lawyers announce new firm with focus on transportation and logistics

Two nationally recognized transportation lawyers, Robert D. Moseley, and C. Fredrick Marcinak, launch a new law firm, Moseley Marcinak Law Group LLP (MMLG).

Moseley and Marcinak are both nationally recognized for their experience representing clients in transportation-related issues. They represent trucking companies of all sizes, brokers, logistics companies, and insurers in disputes including freight claims, commercial transportation accidents, federal and state safety regulations, and insurance coverage disputes.
Moseley is an experienced trial lawyer having tried more than 80 cases to jury verdict in the federal and state courts. He serves as national counsel for several insurance companies and regional and national motor carriers, managing active litigation in up to 30 states at any given time.
Marcinak represents carriers and intermediaries, regionally and nationwide on casualty/accident and commercial litigation matters and advises clients on general business matters including independent contractor leasing issues, complex workers compensation scenarios, regulatory compliance and safety issues, and contracting with customers and vendors.
Strategically located in Greenville, South Carolina, the firm will continue to serve clients across the country.
