April 7, 2020

FUEL, a marketing agency in downtown Greenville, SC, specializing in branding and marketing solutions, has selected Naturaland Trust as the second quarter FUEL for Good grant recipient. The $10,000 quarterly marketing grant was established to help local non-profits achieve their goals and fulfill their vision to positively impact the Upstate community.

“Virtually, everyone in the Greenville community has benefited from the immense work of Naturaland Trust – they just don’t know it,” says Warren Griffith, President and CEO of FUEL. “Their commitment to preserving natural resources across the Upstate is a big reason why Greenville is the place it is today. Our team is looking forward to helping share their story and increase the awareness of the exceptional work they do for our community.”

Naturaland Trust focuses its efforts in the Cherokee Foothills and Blue Ridge escarpment area of South Carolina.. With many of their important projects located in Greenville County, their initiatives preserve and protect green spaces and endangered species throughout the Upstate and ensure public access for some of the most striking landscapes the Upstate has to offer, including Jones Gap, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and Paris Mountain, among others. They also have water quality initiatives underway throughout Greenville County.

“The generosity of FUEL will help us tell the community about Naturaland Trust’s work to protect the mountains, landscapes, and clean water that make our home special, and we are grateful and excited to work with the team,” says Frank Holleman, President of Naturaland Trust.
