Nelson Mullins Among Select Group Identified as ‘Leader’ in Complex Intellectual Property Litigation

COLUMBIA, SC – In its recently completed Intellectual Property Outlook report, BTI Consulting Group Inc.  identified Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as a “leader” in complex intellectual property litigation and a Go-To-Provider of IP Services.

The report is based on interviews with corporate general counsel. BTI interviewed more than 175 general counsel and “IP decision makers” at Fortune 1000 companies, according to the organization. Nelson Mullins was among a select group of law firms from the national survey noted as “leaders.”
