Nephron donates medications and offers jobs to help with hurricane relief

Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation (Nephron) donated a quarter of a million vials of medication to areas affected by recent hurricanes, and now has a variety of job positions available for anyone displaced by the storms.
Nephron willingly distributed sterile drug products to hospitals and surgical centers throughout Florida, Texas and the Islands for this relief effort. In addition to donations, Nephron is offering job opportunities to those dealing with the wake of these catastrophes. The company is eager to welcome candidates from Puerto Rico, and other areas, to fill open positions at the South Carolina facility. Applications are being accepted from any candidates with a pharmaceutical background.
“Our hearts go out to all who were impacted by the storms,” said Lou Kennedy, CEO. “We want to help people get back on their feet.”
The devastating effects from storms such as Harvey, Irma and Maria weighed heavily on the Nephron team, previously located in Orlando, Florida. The Corporation took action immediately, sending aid to its former home, many other areas in the U.S., and the Islands. Critical items continue to be collected for our neighbors in Puerto Rico.
