New climate controlled self-storage facility breaks ground in Goose Creek, SC

Miller-Valentine Group, a design/build construction and development company, and Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic, based in Charleston, SC have teamed up to develop a climate controlled self-storage facility conveniently located in the heart of fast-growing Goose Creek, South Carolina in front of the Super Walmart on St. James Avenue. The new three-story 67,500 SF building features units that range in size from 5’x5’ to 10’x30’, commercial-grade climate control systems, and state-of-the-art security systems.
