New climate controlled self-storage facility breaks ground in Knoxville, TN

Knoxville, TN, August 27, 2018- Miller-Valentine Group, a design/build construction and development company, and Coastal Storage Group, based in Charleston, SC have teamed up to develop a new climate controlled self-storage facility conveniently located in Knoxville, Tennessee near the intersection of Western Ave. and University Ave. The three-story 100,300 SF building offers climate-controlled storage units, ranging in size from 5’x5’ to 10’x30’.
