New health and wellness tenant Evolve opens at The Commons
December 16, 2025Creates space for personal transformation, hands-on healing, and modern wellness at the heart of Unity Park
The Commons announced the opening of Evolve, a new wellness studio dedicated to personal transformation, hands-on healing, and modern wellness. Founded by longtime friends Patrick Brown and Jessica Clohessy, the 3,300-square-foot studio introduces a full range of experiences designed to support both physical and mental well-being.
The studio is located along the Swamp Rabbit Trail adjacent to The Commons market.
“At its core, Evolve is about helping people feel more connected to themselves so they can better connect and relate to others,” said Clohessy. “We wanted to create a space where people can truly embrace challenge, learn something new and stay connected with others. We’re excited to bring this concept to such a community-focused destination like The Commons.”
Evolve’s offerings center around guided contrast therapy, an increasingly popular recovery method that alternates between sauna sessions and cold plunges to enhance circulation, boost energy, and improve mental clarity. All sessions are guided by trained facilitators who prioritize education, pacing, and helping each person step into their fullest potential.
The studio also features a rotating schedule of small group classes and workshops focused on endurance, strength, mobility, self discovery, and well being. Between sessions, guests can enjoy a selection of health-focused, non-alcoholic beverages available on-site.
“The idea behind Evolve came from our own personal journeys with wellness and the realization that recovery and stillness are just as important as movement,” said Patrick Brown. “We wanted to create a space that honors both and encourages connection.”
Evolve joins the next phase of development at The Commons, which continues to expand with a mix of wellness, retail, and office tenants. The addition of Evolve reinforces Aston’s commitment to create a dynamic, community-driven environment at the center of Unity Park.
“We’re thrilled to welcome our first wellness tenant to The Commons,” said Barnes Connell, managing director at Aston, owner of The Commons. “With so many active residents and visitors on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Evolve is a natural fit for the community, and offers a unique complement to the restaurants and retailers already on site.”
The studio opened for soft launch on December 1 and is now accepting both memberships and drop-ins during the first phase of scheduling. Evolve is currently offering a limited number of founding memberships, with pricing and the full class schedule available at www.evolvegvl.com. Operating hours will continue to grow as the studio expands, with plans to be open seven days a week. Guests are encouraged to check the website for the latest updates and scheduling.
