New Kirkland’s store comes to SayeBrook Town Center, set to open in 2016

Major retail tenant to spur a new phase of development at the Myrtle Beach shopping center
MYRTLE BEACH, SC – Colliers International’s Rox Pollard and Jon Selfridge have completed a lease transaction with Kirkland’s for a new 7,560 square-foot store at SayeBrook Town Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The new store will open in mid- to late-2016. Pollard and Selfridge represented the landlord in the transaction.
Kirkland’s joins other nationally-recognized retailers at SayeBrook Town Center, including Target, Petco, Marshalls, Rack Room Shoes and Ulta. These retailers, however, are just one part of the story of SayeBrook. Opened in 2012, SayeBrook Town Center is the commercial component of what will ultimately be a master planned commercial and residential community of over 1,700 homes at the strategic intersection of Highway 544 and Highway 17 bypass in the southern end of the Grand Strand. The arrival of Kirkland’s will spur the next phase of retail development at the center, as it looks to attract even more national retailers.
