New Menu launches Monday at The Flying Biscuit Café in Five Points

The wait is officially over. The Flying Biscuit Café in Five Points will debut its brand-new menu on Monday, February 16th inviting the Columbia community to experience a fresh lineup of dishes alongside the favorites guests already know and love.
While the new menu was developed and finalized by The Flying Biscuit Café’s corporate culinary team, the Five Points location has spent the past several weeks preparing for the launch with focused, hands-on staff training to ensure every dish is executed with confidence and consistency.
“While the new menu was developed and finalized by our corporate culinary team, what truly brings it to life is our people,” said John Robert Barth, co-owner and operator of The Flying Biscuit Café in Five Points. “Every member of our Five Points team has recently completed hands-on training on each new item, so guests can expect the same warm service and confident recommendations they know and love—now with an exciting new lineup.”
Co-owner and operator Kevin N. White emphasized the importance of local execution and hospitality during the transition to the new menu.
“Even though the menu direction comes from corporate, we take a lot of pride in how it’s executed here in Five Points,” said White. “Our team has spent the past several weeks training on the new recipes and presentation so that when guests walk in on launch day, every plate reflects the quality, consistency, and hospitality our community expects from us.”
