Colliers International | South Carolina announced that William Ederle has become the latest brokerage professional to join the firm in Charleston. Ederle will specialize in office landlord and tenant representation, working closely with Senior Brokerage Associate Kristie Roe, SIOR, CCIM.

A graduate of Rollins College, Ederle’s experience in the Charleston commercial real estate market has been focused on the leasing of office space, as both a landlord and tenant representative, as well as investment sales of office properties. His background in marketing and public relations is also invaluable in communicating a property’s value to the market and sharing a tenant’s value to the community. In addition to being a member of the Commercial Investment Division and the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS®, Ederle has joined the Charleston Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals.
