March 1, 2015

CLEMSON, SC – Quickly becoming Clemson’s go-to dining destination, the Patrick Square Town Center will soon be home to Joe’s New York Pizza. Construction of the 6,000 square foot building will begin next month, on track to open for Clemson’s fall 2015 football season.

Located at 104 Thomas Green Boulevard, the restaurant will be situated between Clemson’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and Rick Erwin’s Clemson fine dining restaurant. The building will be fitting with Patrick Square’s historic vernacular featuring a traditional brick façade, 12’ storefront windows in a pedestrian friendly streetscape. The restaurant will comfortably seat 150 guests in a casual atmosphere opening onto a gracious outdoor dining patio. A 1,600 square foot end-cap is also available for lease in this building.
