New Vision Med Spa offers a wide range of services, including cryotherapy and laser treatments, IV hydration, massage therapy, esthetics, and lifestyle and wellness coaching. The spa’s mission is to help clients lose weight, manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, and restore confidence in their health and appearance.

Dr. Washington, a University of South Carolina School of Medicine graduate with more than 20 years of emergency medicine experience in Columbia, brings a strong clinical background to the practice. Garrett, a wellness coach currently pursuing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at USC, focuses on education and community empowerment. Together, they provide a holistic approach to health that combines science, wellness, and personalized care.
