COLUMBIA, SC – Worldwide real estate advisory firm Newmark Grubb Knight Frank has recognized Wayne T. Smith and Julian D. Wilson, CCIM, as 2014 top producers. Both professionals were honored at the firm’s Top Producers Summit held in Miami Beach, Florida.
Mr. Smith has been with Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler since 2009. He has over thirty years of professional real estate experience, with greatest emphasis on residential properties. Since joining Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler, Wayne has concentrated on the acquisition and disposition of single-family lots and acreage for both sellers and buyers throughout South Carolina and the region.
Mr. Wilson has been with Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler since 2008. He has more than eight years of professional real estate experience. He specializes in sales and marketing of investment and industrial properties, including warehouse development. Mr. Wilson became a Certified Commercial Investment Member in 2011.
