COLUMBIA, SC – Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler, a leading real estate services firm, is pleased to announce the recent sale transaction of 230,000 square feet and 35 acres at 1400 Atlas Road in Columbia, SC. The site is made up of multiple industrial buildings and includes furniture and mattress retailer American Freight and the South Carolina operation of Insurance Auto Auctions. Jeremy G. The Buyer is Reger Holdings of Buffalo, NY.
