Nexsen Pruet attorney Brad Waring reappointed & recognized

Nexsen Pruet Member Bradish J. Waring was recently recognized by two organizations. The first, the South Carolina Chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, has inducted Waring into the academy for 2017. In addition, South Carolina Supreme Court Chief Justice, Donald W. Beatty, reappointed him to the Chief Justice’s Commission on the Profession.

Waring is a leader within Nexsen Pruet as well as in South Carolina’s legal and business communities.  He is a seasoned trial lawyer whose first jury trial occurred more than thirty-nine years ago.  He often speaks on trial tactics, professionalism and a variety of other topics.

Waring’s litigation practice is concentrated primarily in the civil arena at the state and federal levels.  He represents clients in complex commercial litigation including products liability, insurance coverage, subrogation claims, business disputes and admiralty. He is also frequently asked by his peers to serve as mediator in a variety of complex cases.
