Next phase of homesites now available at Hartness
October 30, 2018With 31 of 35 homesites already sold from its inaugural offering, Hartness is excited to announce the release of a brand-new collection of homesites, including an intimate cottage enclave and a rare collection of larger estate-sized properties. In just the past three weeks, 11 of these 47 new homesites have been purchased, adding to Hartness’ reputation as the Upstate’s most sought after new home community. Situated just minutes from downtown Greenville and convenient to GSP airport, Hartness enjoys one of Greenville’s most enviable locations.
“With home construction at Hartness moving at a rapid pace, we’re excited to invite Greenville residents to the property to learn more about this new phase of development” stated Sean Hartness, Hartness CEO. “By the end of this year we’ll have nearly a dozen new Featured Builder homes for sale and under construction along with five completed, fully-furnished model homes. There is so much for potential new homeowners to see and to purchase, and we encourage everyone to come out to see how the community has grown over the past year.” New home prices range from the $300,000s to the $800,000s.
The crafting of each home design is carefully overseen by highly regarded town planner Lew Oliver. The Hartness neighborhood development plan features an array of architectural styles, including Federal, Italianate, Greek Revival and Colonial Revival. All phases of the project will boast a wide variety of home sizes and styles, from quaint cottages and townhomes to grand manor homes and estates. In addition, each neighborhood blends seamlessly within a protected 185-acre Nature Preserve, which features a 15-mile trail network along with over a dozen ponds and lakes.
Those interested in learning more are encouraged to visit the community’s Discovery Center seven days a week, located at 3500 South Highway 14, or call 864-626-0618.
