Next phase of homesites now available at Hartness

With 31 of 35 homesites already sold from its inaugural offering, Hartness is excited to announce the release of a brand-new collection of homesites, including an intimate cottage enclave and a rare collection of larger estate-sized properties. In just the past three weeks, 11 of these 47 new homesites have been purchased, adding to Hartness’ reputation as the Upstate’s most sought after new home community.
