NAI Charleston Facilitates ±21,512-Square-Foot Lease in North Charleston
NAI Charleston announced Broker/Industrial Specialist Shep Benjamin assisted NRX Logistics in an expansion into the Tri-County area, recently brokering a lease at 4791 Trade Street in North Charleston, SC. NAI Charleston represented the tenant in the transaction. David Simmons of Simmons Realty Co. represented the landlord.
NRX Logistics is a national company, serving all 50 states in transportation, warehousing, storage and fulfilment of high-end furniture, appliances and fitness equipment, among other items. The ±21,512-square-foot warehouse space will be its debut location in the Lowcountry.
