Brown has 20 years of process engineering experience, havingworked with Fluor Corp. and Lockwood Greene, among other firms, during hiscareer. Most recently, he worked on a project at the Y-12 National SecurityComplex in Oak Ridge, Tenn. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in ChemicalEngineering from University of South Carolina.
