O’Neal Constructors Adds Albertson, Dowdy

GREENVILLE, SC – October 18, 2011 – O’Neal, Inc., a Greenville-based integrated design and construction firm, is pleased to welcome Jason Albertson and Earl Dowdy to its O’Neal Constructors team.
Albertson is a Project Engineer. He will be working primarily on O’Neal’s highly anticipated new Mitsubishi facility in Memphis, Tenn., and then transition to a field role. Albertson previously worked with Facility Group Inc. and Primus Builders Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, Ga.
Dowdy will serve as Construction Manager. Dowdy has nearly 30 years of experience and has worked with Kajima Corp. and Facility Group Inc., among others. He specializes in heavy industrial piping, mechanical systems, and equipment installation, having worked on projects from the Carolinas to California.
