O’Neal Inc. hires controls project specialist

O’Neal Inc., a Greenville-based integrated design and construction firm, has hired Richard Chee as Controls Project Specialist.
Chee has more than 10 years of controls engineering experience. He previously worked for Shell Oil Company and P.T. Freeport Indonesia. He earned his bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Orleans.
