O’Neal Inc. hires Project Controllers

O’Neal Inc., a Greenville-based integrated design and construction firm, has hired William Mere and Kathryn Blake as Project Controllers.
Mere has more than 10 years of project controls experience. He previously worked for Zachry Industrial and Faithful & Gould. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.
Blake has more than 10 years of experience in scheduling and cost management. She previously worked for Spirit Construction. She earned her master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and her bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Kentucky.
