O’Neal Inc. hires senior project controller

O’Neal Inc., a Greenville-based integrated design and construction firm, has hired Pam Diggs as Senior Project Controller.
Diggs has more than 25 years of project controls and management experience with capital projects, including manufacturing, infrastructure, aviation, and government clients. She previously worked for Fluor and Louis Berger Group. She earned her master’s degree in Construction Management from Ashwood University and her bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing from Old Dominion University.
